At our facility, customers can rent units on a month-to-month basis, which gives them the freedom to rent for as long as they need. For those with longer-term storage needs, we also offer the option to pre-pay for a full year (12 months).

It is mandatory to bring your own lock for securing your storage unit.

If the desired unit size is available at our facility, you are able to move into another unit. Our facility team will be happy to assist you with the transition

Your monthly rent is payable on a recurring basis on the anniversary date of your rental. Manitou Storage allows a five-day grace period before incurring a late fee on the sixth day past the payment due date. Please refer to your rental agreement or contact our storage facility for more information.
